Like you, we love to ski and enjoy the outdoors.   Ski Shield came out of necessity- I wear prescription glasses and found that wearing Goggles with my glasses was a recipe for disaster.  My glasses were always fogging up and on one outing to Kirkwood they fogged up so badly that I couldn't see where I was going and ended up falling and injuring a knee.  I made up my mind to develop a system that would make the skiing experience a safer one, thus Ski Shield was born.  We firmly believe in wearing a helmet while skiing because it gives you that extra layer of protection for your head. Adding the shield was a natural progression for creating the ultimate system for safety and dependability.  The shields are strong and made of Lexan, and are designed to give you many seasons of comfort and security.  We have found that coating the shields with an anti-fogging agent before starting will significantly decrease the tendency for fogging.  This picture was taken in the afternoon, after skiing all day, the shields are clear and clean.     If you notice, Lisa doesn't have glasses on, the Dark Gray shield was enough protection.  I am wearing photo gray glasses so I used the Rainbow shield.    What you can't see is how hard the wind was blowing - we were totally comfortable!
